Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance and new product development
Strong knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
Experience with production part approval process (PPAP)
Excellent documentation skills
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the quality assurance and new product development processes
Develop and implement QA and NPD policies and procedures
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of QA and NPD projects
Conduct regular quality inspections and provide feedback on product and process improvements
Monitor product development timelines and ensure timely completion of milestones
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards
Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances
Create and maintain accurate documentation related to QA and NPD activities
Train and mentor junior QA and NPD team members
