We are looking for a competent public relations (PR) associate to join our team and help us enhance a favorable image of our company with clients, potential customers, influencers and the public.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, implement, and manage public relations strategies
2. Organize and manage various public relations activities
3. Measure the performance of each activity
4. Determine KPIs for PR
5. Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
6. Use different channels to optimize the campaign's reach and success
7. Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand
8. Arrange and coordinate interviews
9. Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices
Minimum 1 year of experience in PR
Strong in content
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
