We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Public Cloud Admin for our client.
This is a senior-level position with a required experience of 8 to 12 years.
The job is based in Mumbai and the employment type is full time.

Job Description

5+ years of experience. Minimum 3 years in managing Public Cloud
Provide Advanced cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google cloud to troubleshoot complex issues.
Analyze and resolve escalated incidents related to loud infrastructure, networking, security and services.
Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to offer solutions, guidance, and best practices for optimizing cloud environments.
Develop and maintain extensive documentation including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles, to aid in issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
Proactively identify potential problems within the cloud infrastructure and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents, implement fixes, and establish preventive strategics minimize future disruptions.
Mentor and support junior members of the support team, providing guidance on complex technical issues and cloud-specific nuances.
Engage with cloud service providers to report and address platform-related bugs, suggest improvements, and contribute to platform enhancements.
