Key Responsibilities:

1. Curate, Source, and Implement corporate volunteering events
2. Map corporate volunteering engagements with NGOs
3. Lead events on various platforms and in different formats for a variety of corporates
4. Curate monthly volunteering calendars for each corporate
5. Liaise with multiple stakeholders like NGOs, vendors, etc
6. Create standard operating procedures around event execution
7. Provide timely feedback about the NGO's performance and how to get them to Goodera standards.

Requirement:

1. Overall work experience of 1-3 years in conducting events

2. Should have experience in emceeing

3. Knowledge about CSR & Employee Volunteering

4. Prior experience in Stakeholder management

5. Prior experience in event designing, planning, and execution is preferred

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7. Able to handle many moving pieces at one go

8. Ability to work under high pressure and minimum supervision and is able to multitask

9. Avid lover of event planning and execution and a go-getter

10. Able to troubleshoot and be creative to solve problems

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
