Program Associate Fresher Job

Padup is looking for an energetic, quick learner, self-starter Program Associate to support Program Team at the Gurugram office.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the startup screening process
2. Coordinate and liaison with partners for programs, promotions, updates and other related activities
3. Coordinate with mentors and manage mentor-related records
4. Schedule and manage investor pitch sessions, mentoring meetings and business development efforts
5. Liaison with portfolio companies for regular updates
6. Manage and update the database of the startups
7. Manage and update investment records, investor records

Skills and requirements:

1. Graduate from any discipline
2. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
3. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
4. Good documentation skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
6. Project management skills and event management is desirable
7. Exposure to start-up or start-up ecosystems will be plus
8. Ability to multitask and attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude
9. 2-3 years of work experience is preferred
