Experience - Min. 5+ yrs in Casting industry as a PPD Engineer

Location -Vapi (Gujarat)

Job Description-

New Product Development, implement, and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of casted components while optimizing resource utilization.
Coordinate with production teams to assess capacity, prioritize orders, and allocate resources accordingly.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any issues or changes in priorities.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the production cycle. Conduct analysis of production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and other methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement process enhancements that improve quality and productivity.
