Production Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute batch manufacturing processes for sterile liquid injectables, including batch planning, BMR dispensing, and validation
2. Conduct media fill tests to ensure the sterility of manufacturing processes
3. Have at least 70% experience working in a sterile manufacturing facility, with a focus on lyophilization
4. Experience in handling regulatory audits and ensuring compliance with FDA standards for aseptic manufacturing
5. Lead and manage a team involved in sterile manufacturing processes
6. Knowledgeable about bulk compounding procedures and requirements
7. Proficient in operating and maintaining autoclaves for sterilization
8. Maintain aseptic behavior and ensure proper maintenance of the manufacturing area
9. Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) for sterile manufacturing
10. Preferably have FDA approval for aseptic manufacturing processes
