Product Trainer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the technical support team to understand the technicalities of the product i.e, content, software used, number of projects, nature of projects
2. Create simplified and specialized training materials for the sales team
3. Review the training materials
4. Provide training to the sales team
5. Understand the bottlenecks and gaps for the sales team while pitching the leads and come up with a solution to resolve it
6. Work with the quality team to understand the area of improvement
7. Prepare daily and weekly reports for the product specialists

Requirements:

1. B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech - electrical & electronics/civil/computer science
2. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience
3. High level of motivation and initiative
4. Strong communication skills & attention to detail
5. A team player with a growth mindset
6. Passion for tech content
7. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
8. Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
