1. Perform advanced data analysis & data interpretation along with process improvements, finding queries &consolidates results
2. Perform tax research on properties and obtain the details that are required by the client
3. Need to verify the accurate details and provide the client
4. Verify taxes from the US tax collectors and meet the quality goal
Qualification required:
1. Proficient in MS office suite (MS word, MS excel, etc.)
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. People who are looking to make a career in the US mortgage industry
4. Good attention to detail and the ability to meet established deadlines preferred
5. Prior experience working in the US mortgage process
6. Undergraduates or graduates in any field
1. Training will be provided
2. Candidates who are nearby to office location (Kalyan Nagar, HRBR Layout, Nagawara, Horamavu) (1-2 km range) or those who are willing to relocate somewhere nearby to the office are preferred
3. Candidates have to work the US shift (6.30 pm - 3.30 am or 7.30 pm - 4.30 am)
4. Candidates have to work from the office
5. Candidates must have personal transportation (as a cab/transportation facility won't be provided)
