Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with potential customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and educate them about our products and services.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track leads, manage sales data, and generate reports for the sales team.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
5. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals to pitch to potential clients.
6. Provide exquisite customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Coordinate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials to support sales efforts.
