Power BI Developer Job

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights for our organization. You ll work with Microsoft s Power BI to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enhance our business intelligence capabilities. This role allows you to work with cutting-edge machine learning algorithms while benefiting from Power BI s user-friendly interface.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements
2. Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards
3. Create interactive visual representations (e.g., pie charts, bar graphs) to illustrate important insights
4. Standardize and transform data from various sources into a single, accessible format
5. Work with task-specific data models and analytical dashboards
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in data modeling, writing DAX queries, and hands-on with power queries
3. Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and visualizations
4. Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
5. Familiarity with Python for data processing and automation
6. Basic understanding of Rest APIs
7. Exposure to other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
