Key responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality character designs using Photoshop
2. Collaborate with the art team to develop and refine character concepts
3. Work closely with the art director to ensure that character designs align with project goals and vision
4. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within specified timelines
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in character design
6. Provide feedback and support to other team members as needed

The ideal candidate should be:

1. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other design software
2. Strong artistic and creative skills
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Previous experience creating characters for videos, animations, or illustrations is preferred
