We are looking for a passionate and creative photographer to capture moments on film and to use images to tell a story, understand the needs of the client, seek out appropriate locations for photoshoots, create the story and the setup, and keep abreast of the latest photo editing software. The successful candidate will be able to achieve technical, qualitative, and quantitative goals while meeting the project s needs and deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
1. Take professional pictures in a studio or on location
2. Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images
3. Use different techniques to enhance the photographs quality as required
4. Use photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results
5. Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives as required by the client
6. Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
7. Work on editing the videos to give the best outcome in terms of story/film making
8. Work on guiding with poses and performa while shoot
9. Review sets of photographs and select the best results
10. Operate various photographic equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting
11. Work on researching and making contacts and leveraging the same to get additional clients
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of work experience in the photography industry
2. A graduate or bachelor's degree in photography art preferred
3. Proven experience as a photographer in a competitive industry
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Detailed knowledge of photography art and lighting
6. Strong creative presence and artistic flair
7. Customer focus with a desire to over deliver on quality
8. Knowledge of DLSR, natural lightning, indoor, studio lightning techniques,
9. Comfortable with videography and production with knowledge of Final Cut Pro X
10. Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
11. Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time
12. Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
13. Creative enough to get a lucrative solution to a sudden problem statement
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,20,000 - 6,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
