Key responsibilities:

1. Be the best for our customers by:

1. Displaying complete onus to customers' queries/problems
2. Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
3. Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
4. Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
5. Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance, with excellent customer satisfaction scores

2. Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness by:

1. Complying with service and sales guidelines
2. Achieving Call Quality targets
3. Resolving customer queries at the first instance of contact, with minimum call handling time

Cross-sell/upsell set products like:

1. Loans and mortgages
2. Priority/elite accounts

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
