Personal Assistant (Female Only) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Acting as the first point of contact for callers
2. Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding
3. Passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager s attention
4. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation organizing events and conferences
5. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines by typing
6. Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence managing databases and filing systems
7. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
8. Collating and filing expenses and other miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and the manager s remit
9. Completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research
