About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain payroll registers
2. Day-to-day operations of labor law compliance
3. Visit statutory departments viz. PF, PT, ESIC, LWF Delhi/NCR, to resolve technical/pending queries/concerns of employees
4. Manage closures and activities applicable under monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual statutory calendar
5. Handle ESI-related queries of employees like leave payment, maternity, and accidental death claims, etc

Requirements:

1. Male candidates preferred
2. Bachelor s degree or equivalent in any subject, preferably commerce
3. Minimum 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar human capital role (HR/payroll operations)
4. Experience in handling PF-related queries like death claims, settlement claims, advance claims, etc
5. Well verse in provident fund, ESIC, professional tax, LWF
6. Knowledge of generating new ESI numbers, linking with existing numbers, etc
7. Knowledge of preparation of statutory challan of PF, ESI, LWF, PT
8. Knowledge of Indian labor law compliances

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,90,000 - 3,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%
