About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Downloading orders from file from the Shopify back-end
2. Segregating orders category-wise
3. Customer queries
4. Sharing order lists with the packaging department
5. Monitoring and ensuring packing as per the orders received
6. Placing bookings with the courier company
7. Following up with courier companies for dispatch details
8. Following up and tracking the delivery of orders
9. Working on inventory supervision and management
