Key responsibilities:

1. Draft daily, weekly and monthly reports, handling data collection and coordination with other teams
2. Manage day-to-day operations for smooth academic delivery
3. Communicate with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
4. Develop strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives
5. Create and manage the organization s processes to achieve maximum output
6. Monitor performance metrics
7. Receive and respond to customer grievances
