1. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping of all inventory transactions
2. Order Fulfillment: Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, with a focus on meeting customer expectations. Inform customers of any delays and keep them updated
4. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation
5. KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and suggest areas for improvement
6. Report Development: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that summarize key business metrics and performance indicators for stakeholders
