Operation Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare call center performance reports by collecting and analyzing call agents data
2. Evaluate individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with management
3. Help call agents with challenging customer service issues
4. Monitor team performance
5. Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures

2. 2-3 years of managerial experience
