Operation & HR Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute deal process from front to back office within the business
2. Report KPIs for the business
3. Work on the management of suppliers and employee
4. Manage database in Excel and portal
5. Manage the company's social media account
6. Manage B2B portals used for businesses like Indiamart, Trade India, and Just Dial
7. Monitor and work on the allocation of tasks to the team (accounts, store, and business development)
8. Work on the induction of new staff, training of staff members, and ensuring they have all the required database access
9. Ensure satisfactory knowledge transfer (KT) is done in case of employee separation or role changes
10. Manage employee engagement and HR issues of the staff
11. Work on employees' career progression, competency-based assessments
12. Manage performance
13. Work on employee motivation & grievance management
14. Work on rewards & recognition and celebrations
15. Build a high-performance culture
16. Work on organization structure models
17. Work on manpower planning & optimization
18. Handle HR admin & MIS reporting

Educational qualifications and skills:

1. Essential- A minimum bachelor's degree level or equivalent
2. Minimum 1-year experience in HR & operations role
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
4. Ability to work on Google sheets, and Google documents and handle large amounts of data
5. Highly organized and be able to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
6. Fastidious attention to detail
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
