About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve the overall assigned monthly targets of motor and health separately
2. Recruit, build, develop, and train the advisors from the open market (Minimum specific number of advisors are to be recruited per month)
3. Generate business through regular visits, engagement, and interactions with motor dealers in the assigned area
4. Generate business through regular visits and alignment with bank branches

Preferred language: English, Hindi, regional language.
