We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer proficient in Flutter to join our dynamic team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that deliver a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with our team of designers and developers to bring innovative ideas to life and contribute to the success of our mobile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop high-quality, responsive, and performance-driven mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
4. Identify and troubleshoot issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
5. Maintain code integrity and organization, ensuring code reuse and scalability.
6. Implement best practices for mobile application development, including security, accessibility, and user experience.
7. Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, tools, and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
8. Participate in code reviews, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
10. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services into mobile applications.
11. Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile applications through testing and debugging.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Mobile Application Developer with expertise in the Flutter framework.
3. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and object-oriented design principles.
4. Solid understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including UI/UX design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
5. Experience with state management solutions in Flutter.
6. Knowledge of platform-specific APIs and integrations for iOS and Android.
7. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
10. Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native) is a plus.
