MIS Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Complete and update end-to-end endorsements received from the client - from the receipt of data to send to the insurer, to follow-ups to get them done in TATs, to receipt of the endorsement copy and ecards to uploading on the portal and close looping with the customer
2. Create data in the portal for a new customer and upload data every time it is required including the ecards
3. Maintain and create reports in Excel periodically; the candidate should have good hands-on Excel MIS experience (Advance Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, VBA) and be responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports accurately
4. Maintain and update management information system (MIS) reports
5. Update the required sheets important to measure the KRAs
6. Plan and organize daily activities related to endorsements and portal
7. Perform other related duties as required
