About the job

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to support company objectives, including lead generation, user engagement, and conversion goals.
Design and manage end-to-end email campaigns, from content creation and layout design to delivery and performance analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, sales) to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing efforts and brand standards.
Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics to personalize and improve email effectiveness.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI; use data to inform and optimize future campaigns.
Ensure email compliance with privacy laws and regulations and other relevant standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance the email marketing function.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve email content, design, and performance.
Manage the email marketing platform and maintain a clean and updated contact database.
Troubleshoot any issues with email campaigns or systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in email marketing or related marketing role.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g.,Webengage).
Strong copywriting and editing skills for creating compelling email content.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and draw actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, and customer journey mapping.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and user experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
