We are building a marketing team to strengthen our prop tech & property marketing services. The objective is to leverage the selected freshers to assign work on their areas of strength above the listed skills. We classified marketing into 3 different areas for our organization's needs A) Offline & branding B) Digital and lead generation C) Mobile app/tech solution marketing & lead generation
Key responsibilities:
1. Ideate and suggest innovative & cost-effective ways to build a brand for our company, create trust in our customers, and result in more business
2. Ideate for differentiated and high-performance digital & social media strategies to create measurable results
3. Work on pre-engagement, pre-launch activities, launch planning, and launch and post-launch engagement activities ideated, planned, and executed by self and sub-contractors
Requirements:
1. The candidates must work with hands-on experience and also work with our sub-contracted vendors to ensure progress is achieved
2. MBA or BBA marketing
3. Trained in digital marketing
4. Candidate must be willing to work from the office (work location: Kokapet)
5. Must have own laptop
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
