About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on daily follow-up with team members and make reports, submitting to seniors on a daily basis
2. Follow up on ongoing projects with all stakeholders and keep records and update the line manager
3. Work on staff management, leave records, staff-related issues, maintenance of files, and other office-related things
4. Work on daily sales/purchases and updating in the system
5. Work on sales team follow-up and submit progress in the system and update the line manager on a daily basis
6. Motivate team members for better performance
7. Work on any other jobs assigned from time to time

Required:

1. Minimum B. Tech or graduation with 4 years experience in such profile
2. MBA shall have an added advantage

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:
