Management Trainee-Finance(CA) Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing the annual budget and controlling expenses accordingly and working on variance analysis
2. Preparing MIS and submitting its analysis to senior management
3. Working on contract management and invoice processing (bill processing, invoicing, and ensuring timely payment including reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and in line with the contract)
4. Working on IT and accounting software
5. Working on business and commercial acumen in leading strategic matters
6. Benchmarking and ensuring best-in-class systems/processes are in place

5. Salary 9 lacs (fixed) + 3.5 lacs (variable)= 12.5 LPA
6. CA first attempt qualified (final both groups) mandatory
7. 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, graduation, and post-graduation without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining
8. Students who hold a degree in Chartered Accountancy should have completed a 3-year full-time B.Com degree
9. Maximum 1 year of gap between either xii & graduation or between graduation & post-graduation
10. No diploma candidate
11. Having in-depth understanding of balance sheet, P&L, accounting, and financial statements
12. Having strong subject knowledge & understanding of different accounting standards
