Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Chennai, Cochin, and Thiruvananthapuram. This is a full-time position with a required work experience of 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will possess mandatory skills in electrical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills
Electrical Troubleshooting (Mandatory skill): Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently is crucial.
Equipment Maintenance (Mandatory skill): Capable of performing regular maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of machinery.
Preventive Maintenance (Mandatory skill): Proficient in scheduling and executing preventive maintenance to avoid machinery failures.
Blueprint Reading: Skilled in interpreting blueprints to understand electrical layouts.
Safety Procedures: Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
Wiring: Competence in installing and maintaining wiring systems.
Power Distribution: Understanding of power distribution systems and their maintenance.
Control Systems: Familiarity with control systems to manage and optimize electric operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical problems in equipment.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to perform effective maintenance.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and systems as per standards.
Ensure proper functionality of power distribution systems.
Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve operational issues.
Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and necessary repairs.
