Job Title: Logistics Manager
Job Description:
As a Logistics Manager at New Age Wear, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and on time. Additionally, you will support the sales team, engage with customers, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
2. Coordinate with logistics companies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability
4. Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and logistics, providing excellent customer service
5. Assist the sales team with logistics-related tasks and support them in achieving sales targets
6. Draft and send professional emails to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
7. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistics issues
8. Be prepared to work on Sundays and after regular working hours if required to meet business needs

6. Must own a laptop and be comfortable using it for work-related tasks
