Loan Collection - DRA Certified Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Follow call center scripts when handling different calls/issues
3. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide relevant solutions to customers
4. Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the closure of overdue accounts

Who can apply:

1. Strong data management and reporting (MS Excel) skills
2. Desired candidate profile - Telecallers for Resolution/Recovery Agency Operations, DRA (Debt Recovery Agent), Certified Telecallers (Experienced - male & female) and without DRA - freshers & experienced up to 2 years (male & female)
3. Must have experience in collections
