Key Account Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Onboard pre-existing suppliers for Procol s business discovery program
2. Shortlist suppliers based on the requirements of the buyers
3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
4. Onboard new suppliers outside Procol s network and pitch them our program
5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
6. Play an integral part in generating renewals that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Required:

1. Experience in client-facing roles either on SME or enterprise side
2. Proficient in ms excel and email communication
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
