Key Account Management Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Acting as the single point interface with the customer to manage and grow the customer account
2. Managing customer relationships across hierarchies in the customer organization
3. Addressing/Managing queries and escalations by customers by coordinating with internal stakeholders as per the defined SLA
4. Working on delivery assurance by managing customer delivery expectations and ensuring internal organizational commitment to the deliveries
5. Ensuring top CSAT scores with customer accounts
6. Proposing and ensuring go-to-market plans with assigned customer accounts
7. Working on client management & customer engagement across multiple countries
8. Preparing marketing (data/trend) analytics report
9. Handling large-scale data-set (structured and unstructured)
10. Handling customer support and reviews
11. Planning customer projects/deliverables
12. Working using MS PowerPoint and MS.xls

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in data analytics and MS PowerPoint with advanced MS.xls skills
2. Good communication skills
