Junior UI/UX Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and user needs
2. Create intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs for web and mobile apps using Figma
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs
4. Iterate on design concepts based on feedback and make data-driven decisions
5. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to communicate design ideas
6. Ensure consistent design standards and best practices are followed throughout the design process
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools

Required:

1. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of designing user interfaces for web and mobile apps, with expertise in Figma, while experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus, proficiency in Figma is essential
2. Any graduate from a recognized university
