We are looking for young professionals with good English communication skills. The candidate must have a moderate understanding of domestic hotels and packages and deal in B2B space handling PAN India travel agents. The candidate would have to work on domestic tour itineraries, packages, hotels, transport, etc., and also coordinate with the accounts department for payments/remittances.

Key responsibilities:
1. Handling travel agent queries
2. Preparing Itineraries, costings, and proposals
3. Preparing packages
4. Conducting customer follow-ups
5. Working on reservations and bookings
6. Generating service vouchers
7. Working on payments and reconciliation with clients and suppliers
8. Reporting daily
9. Maintaining database and customer KYC
10. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
11. Maintaining and following company-defined procedures
12. Working on marketing telecalls
Requirements:
