Junior Talent Acquisition Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, etc.
2. Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
3. Lining up candidates for interviews
4. Following up on the interview status and managing the candidate pipeline
5. Managing the online job postings, social media presence, etc.

Who can apply:

1. Desired experience 1 year to 6 years
2. Must be a graduate/postgraduate (MBA)
3. We want only non-IT recruitment whose having good sourcing knowledge and portal knowledge too
