Junior Social Media Marketing Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by collaborating with various departments, including advertising, product development, and brand management
3. Provide training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on best practices and strategies for social media implementation
4. Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
5. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content such as text, images, videos, or HTML that fosters meaningful connections and encourages community engagement
6. Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
7. Moderate all user-generated content according to the moderation policy for each community
8. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
9. Continuously improve by analyzing social data, metrics, insights, and best practices, and implementing necessary changes
10. Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
11. Manage daily operations of social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring content to suit different platforms
12. Oversee, plan, and deliver content across platforms using tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana, and Olapic
13. Create or outsource engaging multimedia content for multiple platforms
14. Develop, launch, and manage competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand
15. Build key relationships with influencers on social media platforms
16. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find innovative and effective ways to measure social media activity
