Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Building, managing & maintaining client relationships at mid-levels and throughout the customer organization
2. Coordinating with internal teams and understanding the brief given by the client
3. Understanding the timelines and aligning work between the internal teams
4. Identifying the severity/priority based on the issue explained by the clients
5. Ensuring regular communication with clients to maintain a healthy client-agency relationship
6. Ensuring documentation of communication with clients on a regular basis over email

2. Excellent time management and organizational skills
3. Ability to handle multiple things/projects at a time along with timely follow-ups
4. Should have an eye for detail along with a fair idea of giving creative feedback to the creative team
5. Knowledge of MS Office
