Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Formulate and document strategies for social media tracking, campaign monitoring, etc.
2. Post social media content on appropriate social channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
3. Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis
4. Work on campaign monitoring and optimization
5. Work on lead generation (paid & organic)
6. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
7. Analyze competitor activity
8. Recommend improvements to increase performance

Requirements:

1. Candidates with 6 months-1 year of experience in social media management and content creation
2. Good knowledge of social media marketing
3. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
4. Should have hands-on experience in handling multiple clients as an individual
5. Well organized, keeping on top of all writing tasks, and delivering high-quality posts promptly
6. Strong eye for detail, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
7. Strong copywriting skills with a social media dedication
8. Should be fluent in English
