About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling sales & operations at the branch of banking & NBFC products to customers - products might include either gold loans, personal loans, home loans, auto loans, vehicle loans, mortgage, loans, or other allied products, or all of these
2. Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the customers at the branch
3. Providing client service to existing customers; managing all aspects of customer relationships
4. Working on corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients
5. Strategizing & implementing ways to achieve sales targets

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
