Junior Recruitment Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Help in matching qualified candidates to clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates
3. Assess an applicant s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
4. Help with scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
5. Carry out timely submission/preparation of MIS/data
6. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals interested in opportunities
7. Work to negotiate competitive rates and gain employment commitment from candidates
8. Work to be responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
9. Assist with submitting candidates' resumes to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration
10. Carry out timely communication with the candidates and keep them posted with updates on their candidature
11. Help engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls
