Key responsibilities:
1. Candidate identification and engagement: Proactively seek out potential candidates for various job openings
2. Advanced sourcing techniques: Employ a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and databases, to locate resumes that align with the specific requirements of the role
3. Resume screening and initial interviews: Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, availability, and interest
4. Interview coordination and candidate support: Manage the interview scheduling process and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, culminating in their successful onboarding
