1. Convince or negotiate with customers on DM through social media websites
2. Reply to customers' queries and solve all sorts of queries related to products, shipping information, providing the tracking number, etc.
3. Build contacts with potential clients to increase sales
4. Keep the prospective client's database updated
5. Handle customers over calls, email, and through other streams
6. Pack all the orders & generating a tracking number
7. Follow up on the leads generated through various sources
8. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives
