Key Responsibilities:
1. Order processing: Efficiently process daily orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Inventory management: Maintain optimal stock levels and track inventory movements.
3. Courier coordination: Monitor courier pickups, delayed orders, and returns.
4. Dashboard management: Keep a close eye on the order dashboard to identify and resolve issues.
5. Operational reporting: Generate daily reports on operational activities and performance metrics.
6. Customer service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
7. Delivery challan preparation: Create accurate delivery challans for shipments.
8. Team collaboration: Collaborate with the e-commerce manager to align operations with business goals.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience in operations or logistics.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
