Key responsibilities:
1. Greeting and directing clients
2. Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish, i.e. handling client inquiries, taking client orders, taking clients' measurements online, maintaining logs, frequently communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery, and providing after-sales service to the client
3. Managing client queries & providing end-to-end solutions for the same
4. Working closely with the production team to gather updates on client orders, quality checks, and timely delivery
5. Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & providing dispatch slips to the client
6. Generating daily sales reports and sharing the same with the owners
7. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
8. Organizing, maintaining and updating the client database on a regular basis
9. Taking on specific/ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects, such as exhibitions, pop-up events, etc.
10. Taking in constructive criticism and producing quality work
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in fashion design or business administration preferred
2. Any experience in fashion retail/design/store management would be highly appreciated
3. Ability to stand while working for 5 to 12 hours
3. Strong leadership and customer management abilities
4. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
