Junior Media & Public Relations (PR) Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1.dentify and research potential guests who align with the themes and goals of our podcasts, talk shows, and YouTube series.
Craft compelling outreach messages and communicate effectively with potential guests via email, phone, and social media.
Convince and secure high-profile guests to appear on our or client shows and podcasts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the booking process.

2.Follow up consistently to ensure confirmations and manage scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with show producers and content strategists to ensure guest appearances align with the show's objectives and audience expectations.
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and guest interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and support to guests before, during, and after their appearances.
