1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

2. Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related program (or equivalent experience)

3. A strong passion for graphic design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

4. Basic knowledge of graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

5. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

7. Willingness to take on new challenges, learn quickly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

8. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines

9. Portfolio showcasing any design work or projects, even if they are class assignments or personal projects

10. Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI design, or video editing is a plus but not required
