We are in search of a potential candidate who can help in increasing the financial valuation and maintaining the financial analysis of the company.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in weekly/monthly reporting to management
2. Manage download and review of monthly time and expense data for functional reporting
3. Assist with monthly financial statement review and analysis
4. Work on tender support activities
5. Provide income tax filing support
6. File GST support
7. Develop and maintain standard work and work instructions on overall work activities
8. Maintain monthly invoice
9. Maintain profit and loss statements
Skills & Specifications:
1. Good knowledge of accounting is required
2. Expertise in numbers and good math skills are very important
3. The candidates must have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis
4. Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data in both statistical and narrative form
5. Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation
6. Should have good written and oral communication skills
7. Proficient in MS Office
8. Knowledgeable in advanced Excel functions
