1. Diploma, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
2. Certificate or diploma in engineering is an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in interpreting mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
4. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good computer and mathematical abilities.
