1. Work on new business development

6. Research and build relationships with new clients
7. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/principals
8. Plan approaches and pitches; work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
9. Participate in pricing the solution/service
10. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
11. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
12. Generate new leads from social media
13. Work on client retention
14. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
15. Work with account managers, delivery team, and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a business, science, or related field
2. Strong presentation skills (to prepare and deliver high-quality capabilities and sales presentations)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience with proposal development, and negotiation
5. Ability to learn quickly and assimilate the detail of project requirements
6. Ability to be flexible and easily multitask good computer skills
7. Fresher or minimum 1 year in similar companies, preferably SAAS-based sales
8. Strong organizational and time-management skill
9. BBA/MBA graduates (2022/2023 batch)
10. Preferably from an MBA sports management background
